upon arrival Tan Son Nhat airport and transferred to hotel in the city center for
check in. At leisure to refresh until your tour guide pick up you again for

Day 2: SAIGON AT LEISURE (B/-/D)
Today is your
free day in Saigon. Shop or relax at your
hotel. Buffet dinner at your hotel. Overnight in Saigon.
Day 3: SAIGON – CAN THO (B/L/D)
Depart for
Can Tho in the Mecong delta by private car. Check in hotel. Rest of the day is
free. Romantic dinner with candle-light at your hotel / resort. Overnight in
Can Tho.
Day 4: CAN
THO – SAIGON – MUI NE (B/L/D)
A morning
boat trip takes you to the floating market of Can Tho; return to your hotel for
checkout then return to Saigon where we have
lunch before driving up to Mui Ne.
Check-in hotel. Free time for relaxation at
the resort. Fresh sea-food dinner served at your private table. Overnight in
Mui Ne.
Day 5: MUI
NE AT LEISURE (B/-/D)
Whole day
at leisure to relax on the private beach of the hotel/resort. Dinner and
overnight in Mui Ne.
Day 6: MUI
NE – NHA TRANG – WHALE
ISLAND (B/L/D)
A private
car will take you to Nha Trang today, driving along the coastline of Vietnam,
visiting beaches and meeting friendly people before arriving at Nha Trang city.
Upon arrival we transfer to the dock and sail to Whale Island
where you will spend two nights. Check in and walk around this little island,
being sure to be back in time to watch the sunset with a drink. Dinner at Whale Island
resort.
Day 7: WHALE ISLAND
AT LEISURE (B/L/D)
We are sure
you will never feel bored with this lovely island. There are plenty of
activities here such as scuba diving, surfing, kayaking etc plus great food and
drinks. Dinner and overnight at Whale
Island.
Day 8: WHALE ISLAND
– NHA TRANG (B/L/D)
After lunch
we check out and take a speedboat back to the quay where your waiting car takes
you to Nha Trang. Check-in hotel in Nha Trang. Dinner and overnight in Nha
Trang.
Day 9: NHA
TRANG – HOIAN (B/-/D)
Morning
free followed by a visit to the Dam market then transfer to the airport for
your short flight to Danang. Welcome
upon arrival Danang airport and immediately leave for Hoian. Check in hotel
upon arrival. Dinner and O/N at hotel in Hoian.
Day 10:
HOIAN COOKING CLASS (B/L/-)
We start the day at 8.45 am with a drink at Hai Scout Cafe - our meeting point.
Visit Hoi An's colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and
aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the
local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking
lesson later. We board the Red Bridge
boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge
Cooking School.
This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we have a chance to explore the cooking school's herb and vegetable
garden, before learning about some of Hoi An's and Vietnam's well-known dishes. The
cooking class is an interesting and fun way to learn about the local cuisine -
the class runs for about an hour and 15 minutes, and includes demonstrations
from the school's chefs as well as the chance for us to help prepare some
dishes. Included in the demonstration is a brief introduction to Vietnamese
food carving (plate decoration). After the cooking class, you will be free at
leisure. Stay overnight in Hoi An. Dinner at your own arrangement for more
flexibility.
Day 11:
HOIAN – HUE (B/L/D)
Short drive
to Hue and
check in your hotel.
Private
boat trip on the romantic Perfume
River to visit Thien Mu
Pagoda and Tu Duc Tomb. Dinner at a nice restaurant featuring Hue specialties. O/N Hue.
Day 12: HUE – HANOI
(B/-/D)
Morning
flight takes you to Hanoi.
Welcome and being transferred to hotel in the city center for checking-in. At
leisure rest of the day for your own relaxation. Late afternoon, enjoy a Water
Puppet show. Dinner and O/N Hanoi.
Day 13: HANOI – HALONG BAY – HANOI
(B/L/-)
Day trip to
Halong Bay today followed by a five hour cruise
in a private boat with a sea-food lunch. Back to Hanoi in the afternoon. At leisure for your
own dinner. O/N Hanoi.
Day 14: HANOI DEPARTURE (B/-/-)
Free time
until transfer to Noi Bai International airport for your flight home. We hope
